Spelling for Life Upper Primary Online
COURSE STRUCTURE AND CONTENT
There are five sections in this course. The first section contains your downloads and slides.
Each of the subsequent sections has the following structure:
- video explainer (with duration in brackets, so you can pace yourself)
- a quiz to revise and test your knowledge
- a forum to share ideas, write queries, post feedback and chat to our online community of practice
- optional resources for further reading (these are regularly updated and added to and we happily take suggestions!)
YOUR RESOURCES
In the first section, there is a teacher manual pdf and a set of worksheets. Print out the worksheets and have them on hand as you go through the video. Write your answers in the worksheets and use them as a guide for when you conduct the lessons in your classroom.
You can print worksheets individually as you go through the lessons or you can print them in one volume and distribute it to your students.

TARGET AUDIENCE
This course is designed for teachers and practitioners working with children after their first three years of formal schooling.
The lessons can also be used in high school and in intervention sessions.
